PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
ST MICHAEL’S CHURCH CONSERVATION AREA

NOTICE is hereby given under the provisions of Section 70(8) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, that Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council determined on the 27th March 2019 that under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation areas) Act 1990, has revised the boundaries to the designated Conservation Area (previously named as Huyton Church Conservation Area).  The full boundaries to the following addresses and sites have now been included within the St Michael’s Conservation Area:
•   9-19 (odd) Stanley Road 
•   The Bungalow, 5 Derby Terrace, 
•   Graveyard, r/o Stanley Road
